Craigavon Borough Council’s Community Development team contracted Giga Studios to document the work of their flagship Citizen 21 programme. The main objective of the film was to communicate the aims, objectives and successes of the project. Shoots took place across Northern Ireland over a period of several months following participants of the Citizen 21 programme.
